 My name is Patricia Howes and I am the owner of ECLC and i want to personally take the time to say, "Thank you for taking the time to look at our web page".

We would love to tell you more about our facility.....

We are open from 5:30am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday. We offer a security entrance at front door as well as a secure app for your phone so you/grandparents can watch your little one all day while in our care......We also offer dance and gymnastics.....
